Try out this unique way of cooking lamb rack. It is coated with herbs and add a different flavour to the ordinary lamb rack you have been eating.

  • 1 whole Lamb rack
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 To make herb coating :
  • 1 stalk Sprig of thyme
  • 1 small Parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Others :
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1. Slice the skin of the lamb rack with a knife.

2. Heat the oil in a pan. Put in the lamb rack. Then transfer the pan to the oven. Bake with skin side down for 7-8 minutes.

3. Blend the herbs mixture in the blender until you get a smooth paste.

4. Apply the Dijon mustard to the lamb rack. You have to apply it while the lamb is hot so that it get absorb. Coat the lamb rack with the herb mixture. Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes.

5. Slice the lamb rack. Ready to serve.
